Pismo Beach Club was so cute! The bed was super comfortable and clean. The furniture and the decor was ethically pleasing and everything matched! We loved that the space was central to everything. We loved walking over to the pier, walking to get coffee and breakfast, walking to dinner, it was fantastic. There are many restaurants around the area, so we had no problem finding something to eat within walking distance. You pay for the location, the pleasant space is just an added bonus. The team is also very responsive. I got immediate responses to any questions I had via text. Thank you Pismo Beach Club!

This is a gem of a place to stay in Pismo Beach! It is a relatively short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was available at this hotel. The kitchen is well stocked, beach towels are available, laundry facility and ice machine. The room, kitchen and bathroom were extremely clean. The bed was super comfy! The kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refridgerator, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker. The room incudes a closet, safe and iron/ironing board. A home away from home!

Loved our stay at Pismo Beach Club. It was beautiful, and extremely walkable. We had a minor issue with parking, which was resolved quickly. Christopher was extremely responsive. We are familiar with Pismo, so I loved the location! We will be back.

Beautiful vintage boutique hotel easy walking distance to the pier and beaches and lots of restaurants. Fun vintage California vibe with neat decor. Christopher communicated super well and was always friendly and helpful and quick to respond. The only negative - the night I was there they were clearly having a cleaning problem - piles of laundry and trash in the halls and my unit had greasy dirty counters, no bath towels, and only 1/4 roll of toilet paper. The unit also had A LOT of deferred maintenance issues - sink pieces, toilet paper roll, towel hooks all broken or falling off the wall, deadbolt was broken off the wall and kitchen faucet was ready to fall off. Beautiful place but needs some attention.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and it was perfect. It’s a short walk to the beach. The space is very cute and modern. It had everything we needed and I would definitely say again if I was in the area.

Very cute and comfy! We paid for hotel’s parking but I think street parking is free 6 pm-10 am or something and it’s right in front of the building however we were visiting on a random weekend so the area was not cery crowded.

This has happened in the past and this is the first time I'm reporting it publicly. I did visit their listing, but i did not pay for it. How they tried to charge me for this room, I do not know, but i have been charged in the past. It's a scheme of some sort and they always initially blame you. It's a con game from listings that are not even BnB, they're rectangle motels with impersonal boxed rooms. AirBnb should not allow these predatory listungs.

This rental is located right next to Pismo beach. There are tons of restaurants nearby, it’s a completely walkable spot. Communication was easy & everytime I needed help or had a question, I was able to get a quick response. Highly recommend for people visiting Pismo area because this place is central to everything, for an affordable price.

Loved staying here! We only needed a place to take a quick nap and this was more than enough! Felt so comfortable that we didn’t even get to explore everything, all we wanted to do was just stay in and wind down. Christopher was very responsive and even let us come in a little earlier! The place was nice and clean. We felt right at home! I would definitely recommend you stay here if you want to be nearby lots of popular food places and the beach! We didn’t drive anywhere, super convenient 😊

Second time staying here, and we will definitely be back! Couldn’t ask for a better location if you love pismo but don’t love the hustle and bustle of the downtown strip or the pier. It’s a straight walk there if you’re into that tho and a quick walk back up to Price. There’s a private parking lot for an additional fee (if spaces are available), but also meter parking and free street parking as well- we drive trucks and parking both times has been super easy. No hassle at all with check-in. Thanks for a great stay!

My daughter and I stayed here one night and we both loved all the decor and the location was perfect for walking to the beach and good restaurants close by too! Very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped which was nice! Would love to stay again next time we are in Pismo!

Christopher’s place was right in the middle of everything. It’s within walking distance of many restaurants and only a five minute walk to the Pismo Pier. It was really nice to have reserved parking. We kept our car parked the entire time and walked to local places which meant we didn’t have to pay for meter parking. The studio itself is very well equipped. The kitchen is super cute. The shower was great , and the bed was really comfortable. All in all, this was an enjoyable stay and we’ll definitely be back.

There was no breakfast. I liked the responsiveness of the staff and their courtesy.
Negative:
The only thing I didn't like was the TV. I could never get local stations, and could see movies only by streaming. It is located next door to the Cracked Crab, one of my favorite restaurants.

The room we received was not like the one pictured, very similar though. After entering was the kitchen and then was the bedroom after a small hallway followed by the bathroom. There were marks on the bathroom walls and patched paint throughout the walls in the room. The location was great though but the pictures looked better than the place itself, underwhelming for the price that was paid.

Amazing stay! A straight shot and super easy walk to downtown Pismo, impossible to miss or get lost. Beautiful interior design from the lobby to the hallways to the room itself. We’ve stayed at several spots in and around Pismo and this was one of the easiest and funnest locations. It’s literally right in the middle of everything and walking distance from the beach. The room had everything and was extremely clean. I communicated with Christopher throughout the trip and he answered every question in a friendly and timely manner. I will be back for sure!! The pictures don't do this place justice! It really is a nice place to stay that is conveniently located steps from the beach with shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend and I look forward to staying here in the future. Note parking is $20/day paid separately.

Staying at Christopher's airbnb was a great experience. The room has many nice features and felt roomy. We stayed at the Pismo beach location and the place was super clean which is something my girlfriend and I look for. The surroundings of the building were also nice to walk by. And it is a walkable distance to the beach. The only thing to keep in mind is that the parking is not included. However, Christopher is a reasonable man and was willing to negotiate. I'd say the best part of staying here was knowing that we had a responsive and emphatetic host.

From the second I walked in the room, I fell in love! Everything was clean, upgraded features and the view was incredible! I live 25 min away and this will be my new get away spot for the future! Excellent stay at Pismo Beach Club. The photos don't do the property justice honestly- really amazing location for Pismo Beach, very convenient parking next door, and the rooms are huge and brand new while retaining nice charm of the original building. Was great to have a full kitchen on our road trip, and also appreciated the nice malin+goetz bathroom products!
