Location is perfect!! Walking distance to the pier and all the local shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the beach from my room as described! Very cute boutique setup. The pull out sofa did the job and fit my 16 yo and 11 yo comfortably. My only issue was that upon check in I saw crumbs on the floor and the baseboards were very dusty all around and the bathroom toilet had stains around the base. Also, the bathroom sink vanity was advertised as very spacious and looked like a 60in vanity but the one in my room was about a 24in vanity in a tight small narrow hallway that was the same width of the vanity. I took photos and sent it to the host and he was very polite and very responsive to my concerns. He apologized and brought new sheets to us at 10 pm and offered to have housekeeping come back first thing in the morning. I told him that I already cleaned around the bathroom. I was refunded for the first night for all of our troubles. His customer service was awesome! I’ll be back!!

The kitchen was adequately furnished.
The bed was decently comfortable, but wrapped in a loose plastic covering/bag which retained a lot of heat at night (this was the biggest negative for me).

Christopher was very helpful and responsive. Place looked very cute online and was pretty cute in person, but it had a terrible chemical like smell that even after we aired out for a couple of hours was not going away. Christopher said he would refund us after offering us another room, but that one had the smell as well. Hope they figure it out because it had great potential!

This was an amazing location for us and our 3 small children. We haven't been too lucky to find a hotel with separate rooms and living spaces and this was super helpful for nap times. We were able to put the kids down in one room and then hang out in the other room while getting a view of the ocean from afar and take in a nice breeze. It made a huge difference for us and allowed us to enjoy our time in Pismo in a comfortable, home like setting. The decor of the building and room was awesome as well. Check in amd out was easy. We definitely will be booking here for our next trip to Pismo!

Great place! Extremely clean and nicely decorated! The rooms seem to be run by a group and we were given a nice ocean view unit 307! Close to great restaurants like Old West Cinnamon roll and Ada’s Fish House.
We parked on the street to avoid high fees. Read the signs and you should be fine!

Il n’y a pas de desk, pas d’accueil mais un écran qui peut prévenir quelqu’un qui vient solutionner notre problématique. Ce n’est pas très pratique. L’arrivée à « l’hôtel » se fait en remplissant un formulaire à remplir par nous sur téléphone ….. pénible toujours du fait qu’il n’y ait pas de desk. Bref, pour nous, un hôtel doit avoir un accueil avec une personne physique.
Le canapé lit ne convient pas pour des adultes.

Our stay was good, the place was conveniently located, cute building, nice decor and a Nespresso machine!
We stayed for two nights, the parking situation - we didn’t opt for the $30 per day, as the parking meter out front was $16 per day, 10-6pm at $2 an hour. If you get lucky to grab a spot. There is also side street, no parking meter, 3 hour limit. We had no problems with parking.
Easy walk to the pier, lots of shops and restaurants.
We did use the pull out bed and it’s very uncomfortable, thin. The second we just slept on the actual couch and that was more comfortable. The main bed is comfortable but the sheets are scratchy and loud.
The thermostat light is bright, if you’re sleeping in the living room, and prefer a dark sleep area. Otherwise the thermostat works and does its job!
Overall it was a nice stay, we were only there for two nights and enjoyed ourselves.
Will stay here again.

Christopher was so incredibly great. I accidently broke a cup - he was great about it. Then, right before checkout, my son was hit badly on the face with a surf board on the water. we had to rush to the ER for specialty care. Christopher extended our checkout and stored our luggage elsewhere for us why we took care of my son. He was so kind and accommodating. theThe room had a great ocean view and was close to great food. We really enjoyed the nearby bowling alley too!

The hotel and hosts were amazing. it’s a beautiful place to stay and the hosts are responsive when needed. The ocean view is amazing. We did have an issue with one of the neighboring guests but the hosts did extremely well in helping resolve the issue to the best of their ability. What a peaceful respite this was! We enjoyed taking in views of the ocean, resting in breezy white linens, and cooking in a the thoughtfully appointed kitchen. Walking distance to a variety of top notch dining establishments, it was the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Host was so responsive, accommodating and hospitable! Will be back!

Walking distance to the beach great Mexican restaurant around the corner, close to the liquor store. I loved it, I will definitely stay again. I’ll start by saying Christopher was extremely responsive and very friendly. I will also say that the place was very clean and well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable. However, we did have a couple issues including my original room not being made up. I was quickly reassigned and to a better room, so that was great. But then a few little strange things happened, like mysterious beeping from the dishwasher, toilet paper rack empty, and then most-alarming were the clouds of pot smoke billowing in from one of the vents. Which i suppose is fine if you smoke pot. I do not, am clean and sober, so found this alarming and even disturbing. Christopher did send someone over to investigate and correct, but it happened twice more during my stay. I suspect it was my neighbors, who also snuck in two dogs (in violation of the no-pets policy). All this to say it was a mixed bag. Not sure I would stay there again, but I wouldn’t NOT recommend it either.

Christopher was a great host! He responded quickly to any questions I had. The property is in an amazing location. I'm not sure if this place used to be a hotel but when you arrive there is an unattended lobby, and you need a code to get in. The place felt very safe and secure, there are 3 or 4 floors I don't remember. There are stairs as well as an elevator. When we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised the place was even better than the pictures! Very spacious for a group of 2 which we were. I wouldn't try to fit 4 people in here tho. Christopher let us know they offered overnight parking for $20 a night which was a life saver because if you've been to Pismo on the weekend finding parking is horrendous. We were able to park our car, check in, and then walk less than 5 minutes to the beach. Everything was so close to this location we enjoyed walking the streets and being able eat and drink and then be so close to our room afterwards to go back and sleep. Overall amazing place!

We celebrated my son first birthday in Pismo and Chris was nothing but phenomenal!! He was so sweet and even left us some Apple Cider and Snacks to celebrate. Christopher has clearly been in the hospitality business for a long time because everything was a completely dialed-in and seamless experience for us. The space was clean and remarkably beautiful and unique, but most importantly comfortable and welcoming for us tired travelers. This place is brand new and a very welcome addition to Pismo Beach. I've been coming to Pismo for years and this is the absolutely best hotel I've ever stayed at. The design is beautiful, location is great (one block to downtown/beach) and the amenities are top notch. The Malin + Goetz products was a very nice touch and reminded me of a luxury resort. Having a full kitchen was so helpful for heating up food etc and the living room was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Honestly, can't say enough great things about this place!!! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the beautiful central coast.

Chris is an amazing host! He made sure we felt right at home. The place was perfectly located near everything we needed. Lots of restaurants, walking distance to the beach, an easy access to the freeway. The place was very beautiful inside and out and had stunning views from our room. The bed was so comfortable! The decor was cute and had a mid century modern vibe. Very spacious and comfortable! I am excited to have a found a place to call home away from home when we visit Pismo.

This place was amazing. My wife and I stayed here on our way to SF. The rooms were amazing. We really loved the suites. Being able to cook in the kitchen was great. They had spices, pots, pans everything we needed. Our kids said that the tempur-pedic pull out sofa was super comfy. My wife absolutely loved the sheets and the beds are super comfy. Honestly, can’t say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be coming back soon!
