Beautiful place, very clean, very nice location.
9/14/2026
Wonderful spot, minutes from the beach. Easy to get to and from, tons of nearby restaurants and shops to walk to.
9/12/2026
Positive:
The location was great! About a 5 min walk to the pier and near all the restaurants.
Downside was that you could hear all the cars and nightlife very easily at bedtime.
Negative:
Our room was much smaller than I expected. Would be perfect for a couple but for a family of four, it was very crowded.
So small that when you used the remote for the bedroom TV, it sensed it in the living room TV and would change.
The AC was strongest in the living room area but didn’t reach the bedroom well.

Stayed here for my wedding night. Amazing location. The room was nice too. Loved the vintage look. Would definitely be back

We had such a nice stay at this property. Clean and close to the beach.

It was lovely

Beautiful Airbnb!! In the perfect location
9/7/2026
Really great location for exploring the area or a good jumping off point for other local attractions. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook on site. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was very pleasant and modern. The only downside is that the thermostat was not adjustable and we had to keep the windows open to cool down the room- in a busy area such as this, it can get loud. Everything else was as expected or better!

Great place, would stay again
9/5/2026
The location in Pismo, and bang for buck made this place a great stay. The building itself resembles what you’d expect from the Pismo area: a little older feeling, with charm.

Everything was fine. And it was a last minute booking for which I was grateful

Enjoyed our stay! Great location, within walking distance of several eateries and right in the heart of downtown.Looking forward to our next visit.

I stayed here with my parents and my 3yo son. I booked on Airbnb before realizing that it was cheaper to stay if I booked online via another platform. On top of that there was a $30 parking fee and a credit card processing fee to use their parking fee platform. It’s a completely virtual hotel so there is no reservation desk, but the people we did see were very kind and helpful. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. We were facing the fwy but fortunately it wasn’t too loud. The sofa bed was very worn, I could feel the supporting hardware and for some reason was mattress tipping into the couch, all around in bad shape. My 3yo didn’t mind one bit so I think if you have kids they’ll be just fine sleeping on the pull out. I do not recommend for adults. Having a full fridge, and full kitchen was convenient! Paying for parking in what I assume is part of the property seems a bit over the top for a small beach town. Unsure if I’d stay again.
8/30/2026
It’s clean and close to everything around, 🙌
8/29/2026
This was our first time visiting Pismo Beach. The location is very walkable to restaurants, up the hill from the beach by only a few blocks. The place was very comfortable with clean and cute accommodations.
8/28/2026
Positive:
Place too clean and central in Pismo beach
Complete renovated and with full services
Negative:
Problem with check/in , we not received details to enter , we was lucky to find a guest front the building that helped us
8/28/2026
As a first time guest to Pismo Beach area the hotel location was excellent. It was in walking distance to many places, restaurants and bars.
The attraction to the hotel was its’ eclectic and vintage furnishings and decor. The updated flooring and hardware was a notable addition making the room very comfortable.
8/26/2026
Wonderful location, and very nice
8/25/2026
Positive:
Alles war ok, Kontakt zum Personal nur über Email oder Telefon.
8/24/2026

8/23/2026
Great location, great vibe. Perfect way to escape for the weekend.
8/18/2026
Friendly staff, quick last minute booking, amazing location. Kid friendly! It had everything we needed. Thank you! We will definitely be booking in the future!
8/15/2026
Positive:
Sehr sauber, sehr gute Lage
Negative:
Nur 6 Schlafgelegenheiten für 7 Personen
8/15/2026
My husband and I stayed in Pismo Beach at the PBC 🏖️. We loved staying here and it had everything that we needed. The location is one of the best perks here, you’re walking distance from plenty of restaurants and so close to the ocean. The staff was so nice and responsive, and the suite itself was just what we needed.
We enjoy cooking so the little kitchen was perfect! We had views of the ocean from our windows. Super awesome stay!
8/14/2026
I was skeptical after reading some reviews about it not meeting expectations of cleanliness and it being too small..I’m glad I listened to the positive reviews. The place was perfect, great location, and very clean! The decor inside the building was so cute, lots of beautiful pictures/paintings on the walls. I loved the color scheme in the room and the bed was very comfy. Overall, I’ll definitely book again.
8/8/2026
Great location and a very short walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend this spot!
8/7/2026
This property appears to be very cute & clean however we were quick to notice the lack of attention of cleanliness & detail. Upon arriving we noticed a stench, dirty walls, and broken amenities in our room. The stench came from extremely old & dirty carpet lining the stairs/halls. It seems the hospitality company had a beautiful idea but poorly executed the job. It just makes me question how sanitary they really are if they’re okay with their obvious low effort. The location of the property is perfect, walkable to our favorite restaurants. The property has much potential, I wish it was a lot cleaner!
8/4/2026
My daughter and I stayed there for a beach getaway. We both felt safe in the building and happy with our surroundings. The unit was clean and the whole building is very cute! We did notice that because of the location it is quite loud. There was a lot of street noise, but also you could hear everything from the apartment above us. The host is very responsive and very willing to help. With all the messages coming in and out of the Airbnb app, it was confusing to me that the directions were sent as a text message directly to my phone instead of via the app. It was late at night when my daughter and I were arriving and I knew I had seen the message, but it was not in the app and it took me a few minutes to realize that it had gone straight to my messages.
8/3/2026
We had a wonderful stay! The home was charming, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood was peaceful, beautiful, and had plenty to do. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pismo Beach.
8/3/2026
Property has a great location. The room was advertised for 4, we were 3 and felt cramped. We had trouble having space for luggage and maneuvering around.
The table and chairs were uncomfortable and the chair loose and we feared it would collapse.
It was more like a motel than a Airbnb.
Mixed feelings, thinking 2 people would be comfortable and the location was its strongest plus.
8/1/2026
This is really a charming little place. Decor is better than I’ve seen in a long time. Very very tasteful. Truly the kitchen reminds me of my kitchen at home. It was so nice to have the espresso machine!
Very easy and conveniently located. We were able to walk everywhere. We were exploring all over and had a delicious lunch right next-door at the cracked crab. We were here for a wedding weekend and it was a very peaceful place to stay.
The best part really was how communicative the host was. Anytime I texted. I would hear back within five minutes. I never was made to feel that I should’ve read it better, etc. Always kind and gracious, thank you so much for a lovely stay!
8/1/2026
It is in prime location - within 5-10min walk to Pismo Beach, many restaurants near by etc - very happening place.
Positives: Location, communication from host (very responsive), kitchen
Concerns:
* We weren't able to get into the unit. The security latch was on (as if someone was inside). They had to use a tool to open the security latch from outside - took 30min of us waiting outside after hours of travel and being tired. To be safe - latch was removed upon request.
* Bathroom door cannot be opened/closed without a loud thud (enough to wake you up)
* Shower drain was not clean and had hairs - quickly attended.
* Pull out Sofa bed - was really in bad shape. It was curvy & inclined towards the head. Was told all beds are like this. They tried to fix it with some blankets under the bed - helped a bit, but still not fully comfortable. Had to sleep like that for 4 nights.
As long as one can be flexible with these quirks of an old apt and dated furniture, its OK to stay here.

My 3 kids (ages 17, 15 and 12) and I really enjoyed our stay at the Pismo Beach Club. My kids already stated that they’d like to stay here when we visit Pismo again. It is in a convenient location. We were literally next to several restaurants and close proximity to so many more including shops, other restaurants and the pier.
7/30/2026
The place was amazing. I totally recommended to everyone who wants a nice place that is nearby everything and has great service. It is also very clean.
7/29/2026
Very clean and very private and it’s in a perfect location for downtown activities
7/28/2026
Our family enjoyed our stay! The property was in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The room was exactly like the pictures, it was clean and cozy. The complimentary snacks were a nice treat! We would love to stay again next time we are in Pismo.
7/28/2026
Great place to stay in a fun location!! The bed was very comfortable and check-in/out was easy.
7/28/2026

7/27/2026
Positive:

7/24/2026
Great place, everything is walking distance. Will definitely be booking again.
7/24/2026
Positive:

Negative:
Just the parking
7/22/2026
Great place for 2 ppl. Close to everything. Clean and well maintained.
7/21/2026
Super cute room! Exactly what my little family needed - functional living room space and a barn door to close off putting the baby to bed early. Great location! Will definitely stay again.
7/21/2026
Great place to stay , close to town, and a cute aesthetic that adds to the your experience!
7/20/2026
Vakkert interiør! Fin utsikt fra vinduet og fin beliggenhet. Fin minileilighet.
7/19/2026
Greta place loved how it was near the beach, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at they are spacious and clean only thing was the parking most spots are tight and I had a truck so hard to get things out and also my daughter but other than that Great place
7/19/2026
Great cute apartment! Pet friendly. Would stay again.
7/19/2026
I would definitely come back and recommend this spot to family and friends. The service agent was very communicative and responsive which made the stay that much easier. The location is great, walking distance from the beach, downtown area, and local eateries.
7/18/2026
Great location. Will stay again.
7/16/2026
This was a perfect apartment for my family’s one night stay in Pismo Beach. Location is close enough to the beach and there is plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend.
7/15/2026
Very cool place
7/12/2026
Great central location
7/8/2026
The property worked well for what we were looking for - a reasonably priced one night stay in Pismo Beach.
7/7/2026
This was the perfect spot for a short stay in a great location. We found the room comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. Having the full kitchen was a nice bonus. Would like to stay here again someday.
7/6/2026
beautiful lil boutique with comfy beds and close to everything. this was our 2nd stay and now planning our 3rd. home away from home vibe and staff was amazing! love it
7/4/2026
Great place 🤙
7/4/2026
it was a really great place to stay 2 blocks from the pier family had a great time
7/2/2026
Positive:
The rooms had everything you need!
Negative:
It’s way too expensive for a faux high end trendy stay. No amenities and Pismo is pretty outdated. Overly expensive for not much.
7/2/2026
Okay
7/1/2026
It was perfect for me and my family. I did think that the washer and dryer was inside of the room, but they actually aren’t they’re downstairs and you have to pay for them.
6/30/2026
Great place to stay, everything was close!
6/28/2026
A great spot perfect for a romantic getaway
6/28/2026
It was a great stay! Super close to everything nearby.
6/21/2026
Host was very responsive, helped me out with an early check-in and communicated Great. I appreciate the hospitality and I will return.
6/17/2026
We had a great stay at pismo beach club! The hotel is super cute and the room had a full kitchen, comfy bed, and good lighting in the bathroom. Also it’s a super quick walk to the beach which was awesome and the host was super helpful and responsive. Definitely want to stay here again!!
6/13/2026
The location was fantastic but unfortunately didn’t meet our expectations as we thought we would have access to a washer & dryer in our unit based on the listing photos. The washer & dryer that were available on the property needed to be paid for and the dryer didn’t work well at all which was really frustrating. Minus the issue with the laundry this would have been a great stay.
6/12/2026
Great location down from Giuseppe’s which I highly recommend as well! A cute hotel with an elevator up to a clean and comfortable room with small kitchen and sitting area! A+
6/8/2026
Positive:
It was such a cute little place we rented for a birthday getaway, the place is well decorated and cozy.
Negative:
I wish they had an AC in the room too! the parking was paid parking!
6/6/2026
Great location, cute place all around. Definitely recommend.
6/5/2026
Stay was great! Host was great very responsive. Location is great will stay again!
6/3/2026
Nice place and beautiful room.
6/3/2026
First time staying here, photos were accurate, check-in was easy. Host was very responsive with a few questions I had about parking and check-out. Walking distance to good spots in Pismo. Can’t wait to come back.
6/1/2026
Bed was broken so it shifted to the side getting on. (Scared the living crap out of me)
5/31/2026
Location that is perfect for access to all restaurants short walk to the pier and beach. Great for families and friends to stay at. Only complaint is that I can’t hook my PlayStation up to the WiFi for at the end of the night gaming.
5/31/2026
Pismo Beach Club is a prime location for all of Pismo's downtown shops and beach. the room was clean and our window view was perfect to watch the vehicles drive by. The only bad thing is that I can't walk much and that weekend was the car show and were not notified at time of booking that there would be no parking available on site. They did offer parking off site which was a 10 minute walk away, but with luggage and my disability it made it hard on us. I think that should have been disclosed so we could make proper arrangements prior. But the communication with MAZA was pleasant and they tried to give suggestions as best they could. I would definitely book again, now that I know the parking situation. Overall, the place was perfect for us. Check in was easy quick with the code.
5/31/2026
Great staff awesome customer service. always on top of things of any issue's. the room was clean and comfortable. we will be back thank you for having us.
5/26/2026
Had a great time
5/25/2026
Great place to stay!! A few min walk to splash cafe (best clam chowder ever) and the beach! Host was super responsive and the apartment was just right for our family.
5/24/2026
Small but clean rooms. Host was very responsive on Airbnb
5/23/2026
Great place and a great stay, thanks
5/23/2026
Beautiful space and the view of the mountains and water was amazing!
5/22/2026
Cute hotel, convenient to restaurants and beach. Didn’t like having to pay extra $30 to park, otherwise all good.
5/21/2026
Super séjour à Pismo Beach 🏝️
Logement propre, confortable et très bien situé.
Hôte agréable et communication facile.
Je recommande sans hésiter ! 🌊
5/21/2026
Great location and the place was clean and well maintained. The only minor issue was that the sofa wasn’t very comfortable for sleeping overnight. Aside from that, it was a charming boutique hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
5/21/2026
We had a great stay. Host is great, lots of information. Check in was easy, the place is clean and as described. Easy walk to the beach and pier. We look forward to a future stay.
5/19/2026
We really liked it here!
5/19/2026
Great cute rooms would stay again
5/19/2026
My husband and I stayed here on a weekend away celebrating our anniversary! We loved how close it was to so many restaurants, shops, and the pier. Check-in and check-out were easy and the hosts were very responsive! Pros: the bed was really comfortable, the pillows were great, and location was amazing! Cons: We did notice a musty smell as soon as we walked in and kept the windows cracked most of the time which helped. Some things could have been cleaner… the microwave handle and buttons looked greasy when we went to use it, a knife seemed as though it was previously used but not washed, and one of the boxed waters on the table was already opened and used. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay and would consider it again in the future.
5/19/2026
Beautiful accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay there and can highly recommend it!
5/18/2026
Great experience
5/17/2026
Pismo Beach Club was a a great value! Often, places for this price can have questionable guests (lol) and not feel that safe, but this wasn’t the case at all. Very secure right in the heart of downtown pismo; Your own code to enter the private hotel and your room, which I appreciated! The room itself was super clean and modern w a retro touch. It was equipped with amenities including quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash & moisturizer. Equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, teas and a couple complimentary snacks (ours had sparkling water and chips). Kitchen is stocked and you could easily enjoy a night in w a home cooked meal👍 This place was a great blend of hotel/air bnb vibe. Bed, pillows and linens were clean and comfy! You could hear guests moving about, but nothing disruptive or unpleasant. Not sure I’d recommend for kids, more for a couple IMO. I’d recommend if you want all the amenities, like being in the “heart” of things and looking for budget friendly!
5/17/2026
This space was so cute and had a full apartment feel. Even though we dined out, we considered cooking at home one night because all the tools were provided (even olive oil)!
The design was so thoughtful and joyful. We also easily converted the sofa to a bed for my daughter.
Thanks for a great stay!
5/15/2026
Positive:
Spacious room, comfortable bed, two tvs and a dishwasher were an added bonus.
Negative:
Bathroom had a damp smell, wish the curtains provided more blackout coverage (room was way too bright in am)
5/11/2026
Great location, easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants.
5/10/2026
We stayed here and absolutely loved it. It felt like having our own little private apartment right in Pismo. The space was modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean. I especially loved the bathroom — it was so pretty and felt very upscale.
The location was amazing too. We were so close to the beach, and most importantly, I felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The little living room area made it feel extra cozy and relaxing.
We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing a stay in Pismo for one night or even a few nights. We would definitely come back!
5/10/2026
Great place!
5/4/2026

5/3/2026
“Great spot in an excellent location, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The host responded quickly and provided clear instructions. I will definitely come back to stay here again.”
5/2/2026
Awesome place! Great host, great location, highly recommended.
5/2/2026
We loved everything about our stay! Comfortable bed, cute and cozy room, walkable to everything we wanted to do in Pismo. The host was very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Would definitely come back and can’t recommend this place enough!!
4/30/2026
Nicholas was a great host and the place was exactly like the pictures. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and the check in and check out was smooth and quick!
4/29/2026
We stayed for 1 night and had a really nice time. The room is very well equipped, comfy and decorated with taste. We loved being able to walk down to the beach in just a few minutes and the restaurant offer just across the corner. thank you so much for a great stay!
4/28/2026
This was a perfect getaway spot. Super clean easy walk to the beach and great restaurants nearby. Nicholas was super responsive and accommodating. I would definitely love to stay here again.
4/25/2026
100/10 would stay here again!!
4/24/2026
Positive:
Tolle Unterkunft, nahe am Meer und Pismo Pier
Negative:
Am Abend gab es Feueralarm und keiner wusste was los ist. Die Feuerwehr kam und es gab nach einer halben Stunde Entwarnung
4/24/2026
Nice place looking forward in staying there again!
4/23/2026
really nice and cozy would come again
4/22/2026
We had a great time staying there. Was in great position for us to walk everywhere whether it was shopping, eating, and going to the beach.
4/21/2026
Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and trendy. Host responded within 10-20 mins about any questions even later in the night. Definitely recommend
4/20/2026
This place was perfect for our weekend girls trip! Perfect location right near everything in downtown. Super cute space & lobby is decorated so nicely! Great response times when needed
4/20/2026
He was an amazing host, replied very quickly
The place was amazing super comfortable. Love the view. Definitely recommend booking!
4/19/2026
Best location. Walkable to beach, shops, and restaurants. Cozy space but easily able to fit my family of 4.
4/19/2026
Perfect location and walkable to all the great restaurants around especially my favorite Giuseppe’s. Definitely a great stay and will be back.
4/18/2026
I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely come back again. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. From the moment I walked in, it felt welcoming and comfortable, like a home away from home.
The host was incredible—super responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was also perfect, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax and unwind. You can really tell they put effort into making guests feel taken care of.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable stay!
4/17/2026
Great location, easy to check in, also for once no check out instructions which is fantastic
A short walk to the beach, next door to a brewery, great coffee near by
Unless you’re staying in pismo all day every day you don’t need to reserve parking. Street parking is $2 an hour and pretty easy thurs - Friday
Walls were very thin so this is a great place if you’re only coming to sleep you hear upstairs and neighbors pretty clearly, there’s daytime construction that gets noisy. Maybe bring a noise machine for night time if you’re a super light sleeper
4/15/2026
Super cute hotel in a great spot in Pismo. The host was accomodating of our last minute reservation and trip extension and responded to messages quickly.
4/14/2026
easy check-in and great communication! The location was close to restaurants and the boardwalk.
4/12/2026
Positive:
Location, Fantastic!!
4/12/2026
Cozy place with everything you need !
In a great location with lots of restaurants and shops near by .
4/12/2026
Great hotel style airbnb in a perfect location to enjoy Pismo. The room was exactly like the photos and had all the amenities listed. It is basically a really nice small condo sized space inside a hotel style property. The bed and pull out mattress bed were perfect for the family, all the linens and towels etc were in great condition and extras were available in a laundry room downstairs. The place was clean and had staff visiting every day to tidy up. The parking situation was no problem - either using the onsite paid parking or finding a spot nearby. It is very close to lots of restaurants and bars - and just a few mins walk from the beach and pier. It's also not a noisy location which was great. Overall my family and I had a great experience and would happily return.
4/12/2026
very clean place privacy very good
4/12/2026
Amazing comfortable stay !!!!
4/11/2026
Positive:
Nothing
Negative:
We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean—the bathroom shower was full of hair, and the entire room had an unpleasant smell. On top of that, it was extremely noisy, making it hard to rest.
The property operates with a remote concierge service only, which made everything feel disorganized and impersonal rather than welcoming.
Our stay was so uncomfortable that we chose to check out a day early, even though our rate was non-refundable. That’s how much we wanted to leave.
I would not recommend staying here—save your money and look elsewhere.
4/11/2026
Nice bed and cozy space with a good shower. Easy to get in and out and the town is cute ✨👍
4/11/2026
Great location and good host.
4/10/2026
Absolutely wonderful place to say. Very comfortable and great amenities. Super close to the beach! Thank you
4/10/2026
Nice location. Walking distance to everything.
4/10/2026
The room was exactly as described and super close to the pier and local dining. Easy parking and Christopher was extremely available and communicative. Would definitely stay there again.
4/10/2026
Christopher’s place was just as described. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Easy access to the boardwalk and walking distance to many restaurants. Will definitely stay again.
4/9/2026
Great location in downtown Pismo. Walking distance to all restaurants and bars. The only negatives were shower has not water pressure and at the price we paid parking should be free.
4/8/2026
Wonderful host and thank you!

We love staying here. It’s a great location and the perfect type of accommodation for how we like to travel. It’s the right amount of space and close but not too close to the all the fun. Christopher is super communicative and easy to work with.

Positive:
We had the perfect view of the sunset an just over all it was so cute and cozy! One of my favorite places to stay with my family
Negative:
If you have a bigger car the parking lot is very small
3/27/2026
Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for cooking dinner for the small kiddos at home and getting take out for the adults. It was close to the beach and easy to access, the bed was comfortable but the pullout was not great. Overall we would come back and stay here again for a convenient family getaway to the beach!
3/27/2026
The apartment is super cute and the building has personality too!
My only issue was I couldn’t load the tv up to watch a show - but the sunsets took care of all of that!
3/26/2026

Very happy with the stay. It was clean and pleasant. Located within walking distance to Pismo and in the middle of a lot of great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!
3/18/2026
I will call it a fun little apartment that exceeded my expectations! A building with history made into a charming and welcoming place to visit. The walk to the pier and beach area is only about two blocks away, also restaurants and wine tasting rooms right out the front door. Comfortable and clean, nice decor with a beach vibe and modern touches. The kitchen was a nice surprise right out of an IKEA showroom with vintage touches that made it fun. Everything is available as stated in the description. I am already planning my next visit to this little gem. Until next time Pismo Beach Club...

3/16/2026
This space was great. It is more like a hotel room than anything else, but it worked perfectly for us as a couple on a short getaway.
The space was clean and Chris was so incredibly responsive. It was great having an assigned parking space. Everything was so close and walkable. Just a good time.

3/13/2026
Comfortable place, bed was nice, just a few blocks from the beach, and free parking across the street. We had a great time at Christopher’s place. Had a little issue with plumbing and Christopher was great at problem solving and fixed the situation promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

This “Downtown View Suite in Pismo” was not as described nor were the window views in the pictures accurate. There were at least 15 window pictures of downtown and the view including many of the pier, as well as a description of a view of the pier. This was a stopover, my only sighting of the ocean, and the #1 reason I chose this place was so I could stay in for the evening with a view of the beach, pier, and sunset. Instead, my windows looked at a wall and parking lot only.
A guy I met said he’s a regular and never pays $30 for parking since he PARKS FREE right across the street (only 4 cars paid). I appreciate being moved to a better room, but it faced to the side and the only way to see the water was to stand right by the window and look far to the left.
He refused to give me a partial refund, didn’t believe the listing was inaccurate, and clearly has COMPLETELY CHANGED THE PICTURES & DESCRIPTION since!!! I still think I should get $$ back. Not happy.

Loved this place! The only bad things is the counters were not wiped and there was a dried up blood stain on the chair in living room! Everything else was great!!
3/7/2026
Great location and a such a cute place!

I had a wonderful stay at Christopher’s place in Pismo Beach. The space was private, clean, and beautifully styled with a relaxed beach vibe and thoughtful decor throughout. You can tell great care went into creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Christopher was an excellent host. Communication was clear and timely, and he was very accommodating from start to finish. Everything felt seamless and easy.
I would absolutely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Highly recommend.
2/28/2026
Well priced and walking distance to downtown Pismo and the beach. Christopher was communicative. Small hiccup checking in with the keypad battery being dead but the hotel staff quickly changed the batteries.
2/27/2026
Our first time in Pismo Beach was so much fun! The stay was phenomenal, and we’re definitely coming back to this spot. Highly recommend!
2/26/2026

2/22/2026
Perfect place for a quiet trip second time stay and definitely not the last
2/22/2026
Our stay was last minute and so worth it! Easy access to everything. Walked to get breakfast every morning and no parking fee there’s free parking across the street! It is on a Main Street so you can hear cars and people early morning! Overall, was a great experience and definitely can’t wait to come back!
2/21/2026
Great location! Nice stay!
2/20/2026
My mom and I loved our stay here and we would recommend it for how cozy it feels and how beautiful Pismo Beach is!
2/20/2026
Great location that's close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough away that there was ample free public parking (in February).
Our kids loved the pull-out couch and door between the rooms was great to help the kids go to bed early. They even said they like this unit more than the 4-star hotel we stayed at the few days prior.
The unit is stocked with kitchen essentials, including spices! The fridge was a perfect place to keep our roadtrip snacks, leftovers, and to freeze our ice packs each night.
From the third floor, you have a view of the ocean and surrounding hills.
2/19/2026
Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The place is so beautiful — from the thoughtful design to the stunning decor, everything felt intentional, cozy, and stylish. You can really tell a lot of care went into creating such a welcoming space.
The view was breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. One of our favorite parts was how close it was to the beach — being able to walk there in just a few minutes was such a huge plus and made the whole experience even more relaxing.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway!
2/18/2026
Thanks for a convenient and lovely stay!
2/18/2026
We had a lovely little stay. Great distance within walking distance of so much.
2/17/2026
Loved the place! Wife & I took a vacation here to find tranquility as we left our kids behind haha. It was perfect. The walk to Pismo Pier was short and fatastic
2/15/2026
We stayed here for a long weekend getaway as a family of three. The place was immaculate, and the location couldn’t have been better—so close to fantastic restaurants and the beach. Christopher was incredibly responsive from the very beginning. The only minor drawback was some noises/footsteps we heard from the apartment above, even around 2 AM, as the walls are a bit thin. That was the only aspect we weren’t crazy about, but it’s not something Christopher could control. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back when we visit Pismo again! Christopher is an excellent host.
2/12/2026
Great location, comfortable beds, we had a wonderful stay
2/10/2026
Would highly recommend staying here, a great place! One of the comfiest beds we’ve had in an Airbnb, modern feel and appliances plus very clean! In a really good location too. Christopher was super responsive. Thank you!
