I stayed here with my parents and my 3yo son. I booked on Airbnb before realizing that it was cheaper to stay if I booked online via another platform. On top of that there was a $30 parking fee and a credit card processing fee to use their parking fee platform. It’s a completely virtual hotel so there is no reservation desk, but the people we did see were very kind and helpful. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. We were facing the fwy but fortunately it wasn’t too loud. The sofa bed was very worn, I could feel the supporting hardware and for some reason was mattress tipping into the couch, all around in bad shape. My 3yo didn’t mind one bit so I think if you have kids they’ll be just fine sleeping on the pull out. I do not recommend for adults. Having a full fridge, and full kitchen was convenient! Paying for parking in what I assume is part of the property seems a bit over the top for a small beach town. Unsure if I’d stay again.

This was our first time visiting Pismo Beach. The location is very walkable to restaurants, up the hill from the beach by only a few blocks. The place was very comfortable with clean and cute accommodations.

As a first time guest to Pismo Beach area the hotel location was excellent. It was in walking distance to many places, restaurants and bars.
The attraction to the hotel was its’ eclectic and vintage furnishings and decor. The updated flooring and hardware was a notable addition making the room very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed in Pismo Beach at the PBC 🏖️. We loved staying here and it had everything that we needed. The location is one of the best perks here, you’re walking distance from plenty of restaurants and so close to the ocean. The staff was so nice and responsive, and the suite itself was just what we needed.
We enjoy cooking so the little kitchen was perfect! We had views of the ocean from our windows. Super awesome stay!

I was skeptical after reading some reviews about it not meeting expectations of cleanliness and it being too small..I’m glad I listened to the positive reviews. The place was perfect, great location, and very clean! The decor inside the building was so cute, lots of beautiful pictures/paintings on the walls. I loved the color scheme in the room and the bed was very comfy. Overall, I’ll definitely book again.

This property appears to be very cute & clean however we were quick to notice the lack of attention of cleanliness & detail. Upon arriving we noticed a stench, dirty walls, and broken amenities in our room. The stench came from extremely old & dirty carpet lining the stairs/halls. It seems the hospitality company had a beautiful idea but poorly executed the job. It just makes me question how sanitary they really are if they’re okay with their obvious low effort. The location of the property is perfect, walkable to our favorite restaurants. The property has much potential, I wish it was a lot cleaner!

My daughter and I stayed there for a beach getaway. We both felt safe in the building and happy with our surroundings. The unit was clean and the whole building is very cute! We did notice that because of the location it is quite loud. There was a lot of street noise, but also you could hear everything from the apartment above us. The host is very responsive and very willing to help. With all the messages coming in and out of the Airbnb app, it was confusing to me that the directions were sent as a text message directly to my phone instead of via the app. It was late at night when my daughter and I were arriving and I knew I had seen the message, but it was not in the app and it took me a few minutes to realize that it had gone straight to my messages.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was charming, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood was peaceful, beautiful, and had plenty to do. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pismo Beach.

Property has a great location. The room was advertised for 4, we were 3 and felt cramped. We had trouble having space for luggage and maneuvering around.
The table and chairs were uncomfortable and the chair loose and we feared it would collapse.
It was more like a motel than a Airbnb.
Mixed feelings, thinking 2 people would be comfortable and the location was its strongest plus.

This is really a charming little place. Decor is better than I’ve seen in a long time. Very very tasteful. Truly the kitchen reminds me of my kitchen at home. It was so nice to have the espresso machine!
Very easy and conveniently located. We were able to walk everywhere. We were exploring all over and had a delicious lunch right next-door at the cracked crab. We were here for a wedding weekend and it was a very peaceful place to stay.
The best part really was how communicative the host was. Anytime I texted. I would hear back within five minutes. I never was made to feel that I should’ve read it better, etc. Always kind and gracious, thank you so much for a lovely stay!

It is in prime location - within 5-10min walk to Pismo Beach, many restaurants near by etc - very happening place.
Positives: Location, communication from host (very responsive), kitchen
Concerns:
* We weren't able to get into the unit. The security latch was on (as if someone was inside). They had to use a tool to open the security latch from outside - took 30min of us waiting outside after hours of travel and being tired. To be safe - latch was removed upon request.
* Bathroom door cannot be opened/closed without a loud thud (enough to wake you up)
* Shower drain was not clean and had hairs - quickly attended.
* Pull out Sofa bed - was really in bad shape. It was curvy & inclined towards the head. Was told all beds are like this. They tried to fix it with some blankets under the bed - helped a bit, but still not fully comfortable. Had to sleep like that for 4 nights.
As long as one can be flexible with these quirks of an old apt and dated furniture, its OK to stay here.

My 3 kids (ages 17, 15 and 12) and I really enjoyed our stay at the Pismo Beach Club. My kids already stated that they’d like to stay here when we visit Pismo again. It is in a convenient location. We were literally next to several restaurants and close proximity to so many more including shops, other restaurants and the pier.

Vakkert interiør! Fin utsikt fra vinduet og fin beliggenhet. Fin minileilighet. Litt rot med innsjekkingen: Jeg hadde ikke fått tilsendt instruksjoner og adgangskode. Det stod at man burde kommunisere via tekstmelding. men dette fungerte ikke med min norske telefon. Når jeg ringte dem gikk alt raskt og greit.
Sovesofaen var veldig dårlig å ligge i, og burde vært byttet ut (bytte modell?).
Bortsett fra dette var jeg veldig fornøyd med stedet.

We had a great stay at pismo beach club! The hotel is super cute and the room had a full kitchen, comfy bed, and good lighting in the bathroom. Also it’s a super quick walk to the beach which was awesome and the host was super helpful and responsive. Definitely want to stay here again!!

The location was fantastic but unfortunately didn’t meet our expectations as we thought we would have access to a washer & dryer in our unit based on the listing photos. The washer & dryer that were available on the property needed to be paid for and the dryer didn’t work well at all which was really frustrating. Minus the issue with the laundry this would have been a great stay.

Pismo Beach Club is a prime location for all of Pismo's downtown shops and beach. the room was clean and our window view was perfect to watch the vehicles drive by. The only bad thing is that I can't walk much and that weekend was the car show and were not notified at time of booking that there would be no parking available on site. They did offer parking off site which was a 10 minute walk away, but with luggage and my disability it made it hard on us. I think that should have been disclosed so we could make proper arrangements prior. But the communication with MAZA was pleasant and they tried to give suggestions as best they could. I would definitely book again, now that I know the parking situation. Overall, the place was perfect for us. Check in was easy quick with the code.

My husband and I stayed here on a weekend away celebrating our anniversary! We loved how close it was to so many restaurants, shops, and the pier. Check-in and check-out were easy and the hosts were very responsive! Pros: the bed was really comfortable, the pillows were great, and location was amazing! Cons: We did notice a musty smell as soon as we walked in and kept the windows cracked most of the time which helped. Some things could have been cleaner… the microwave handle and buttons looked greasy when we went to use it, a knife seemed as though it was previously used but not washed, and one of the boxed waters on the table was already opened and used. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay and would consider it again in the future.

Pismo Beach Club was a a great value! Often, places for this price can have questionable guests (lol) and not feel that safe, but this wasn’t the case at all. Very secure right in the heart of downtown pismo; Your own code to enter the private hotel and your room, which I appreciated! The room itself was super clean and modern w a retro touch. It was equipped with amenities including quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash & moisturizer. Equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, teas and a couple complimentary snacks (ours had sparkling water and chips). Kitchen is stocked and you could easily enjoy a night in w a home cooked meal👍 This place was a great blend of hotel/air bnb vibe. Bed, pillows and linens were clean and comfy! You could hear guests moving about, but nothing disruptive or unpleasant. Not sure I’d recommend for kids, more for a couple IMO. I’d recommend if you want all the amenities, like being in the “heart” of things and looking for budget friendly!

This space was so cute and had a full apartment feel. Even though we dined out, we considered cooking at home one night because all the tools were provided (even olive oil)!
The design was so thoughtful and joyful. We also easily converted the sofa to a bed for my daughter.

We stayed here and absolutely loved it. It felt like having our own little private apartment right in Pismo. The space was modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean. I especially loved the bathroom — it was so pretty and felt very upscale.
The location was amazing too. We were so close to the beach, and most importantly, I felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The little living room area made it feel extra cozy and relaxing.
We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing a stay in Pismo for one night or even a few nights. We would definitely come back!

Walls were very thin so this is a great place if you’re only coming to sleep you hear upstairs and neighbors pretty clearly, there’s daytime construction that gets noisy. Maybe bring a noise machine for night time if you’re a super light sleeper

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely come back again. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. From the moment I walked in, it felt welcoming and comfortable, like a home away from home.
The host was incredible—super responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was also perfect, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax and unwind. You can really tell they put effort into making guests feel taken care of.

Great hotel style airbnb in a perfect location to enjoy Pismo. The room was exactly like the photos and had all the amenities listed. It is basically a really nice small condo sized space inside a hotel style property. The bed and pull out mattress bed were perfect for the family, all the linens and towels etc were in great condition and extras were available in a laundry room downstairs. The place was clean and had staff visiting every day to tidy up. The parking situation was no problem - either using the onsite paid parking or finding a spot nearby. It is very close to lots of restaurants and bars - and just a few mins walk from the beach and pier. It's also not a noisy location which was great. Overall my family and I had a great experience and would happily return.
