Christopher did a great job as a host. Very responsive and quick. Location was great for everything I wanted. Beach and food. 🤣. Nicely decorated and clean. Everything I needed was there and had no problems at all.

From the second I walked in the room, I fell in love! Everything was clean, upgraded features and the view was incredible! I live 25 min away and this will be my new get away spot for the future! Christopher was accommodating to my request for an early check in and answered the phone as soon as a I questions. Thank you for the lovely room!

I will never stay in a chain hotel ever again! This space was perfect, down to the light sensors! I am a housing developer, and I loved everything that all the thought that was put into the space!!! Perfection.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and it was perfect. It’s a short walk to the beach. The space is very cute and modern. It had everything we needed and I would definitely say again if I was in the area.

Christopher is a great host, and his property is in a great location! Lots of good food, coffee, and attractions, all within walking distance! The studio is roomy, cozy, and has plenty of appliances. It feels like home. Thanks again for hosting us!

This rental is located right next to Pismo beach. There are tons of restaurants nearby, it’s a completely walkable spot. Communication was easy & everytime I needed help or had a question, I was able to get a quick response. Highly recommend for people visiting Pismo area because this place is central to everything, for an affordable price.

Loved staying here! We only needed a place to take a quick nap and this was more than enough! Felt so comfortable that we didn’t even get to explore everything, all we wanted to do was just stay in and wind down. Christopher was very responsive and even let us come in a little earlier! The place was nice and clean. We felt right at home! I would definitely recommend you stay here if you want to be nearby lots of popular food places and the beach! We didn’t drive anywhere, super convenient 😊

Second time staying here, and we will definitely be back! Couldn’t ask for a better location if you love pismo but don’t love the hustle and bustle of the downtown strip or the pier. It’s a straight walk there if you’re into that tho and a quick walk back up to Price. There’s a private parking lot for an additional fee (if spaces are available), but also meter parking and free street parking as well- we drive trucks and parking both times has been super easy. No hassle at all with check-in. Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean and modern, had everything we needed. Walkable to everything and it was very easy to check in. Perfect stay.

Positive:
There was no breakfast. I liked the responsiveness of the staff and their courtesy.
Negative:
The only thing I didn't like was the TV. I could never get local stations, and could see movies only by streaming. It is located next door to the Cracked Crab, one of my favorite restaurants.
