The place was clean, bright, and charming. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and our favorite shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This place is brand new and a very welcome addition to Pismo Beach. I’ve been coming to Pismo for years and this is the absolutely best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The design is beautiful, location is great (one block to downtown/beach) and the amenities are top notch. The Malin + Goetz products was a very nice touch and reminded me of a luxury resort. Having a full kitchen was so helpful for heating up food etc and the living room was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Honestly, can’t say enough great things about this place!!! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the beautiful central coast.

Great location that's close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough away that there was ample free public parking (in February).
Our kids loved the pull-out couch and door between the rooms was great to help the kids go to bed early. They even said they like this unit more than the 4-star hotel we stayed at the few days prior.
The unit is stocked with kitchen essentials, including spices! The fridge was a perfect place to keep our roadtrip snacks, leftovers, and to freeze our ice packs each night.
From the third floor, you have a view of the ocean and surrounding hills.

We appreciated the decor within the room, it made the space feel comfortable and “homey”. Our room had two TVs which made the living room area and bedroom area perfect lounging places. All the lights were dimmable to preference which is a feature that made our stay enjoyable. The apartment was walking distance from the most centric parts of Pismo Beach. Would stay here again.

This boutique hotel was as cute as it gets with all new furnishings, luxe organic bedding, and towels. A great place to unwind after a long day on the road. The location is ideal for walking, w/ plenty of nice and affordable restaurants nearby. There was an issue with the thermostat, but Christopher had his maintenance person drop by and fix. I also was able to park on the side street at no charge, so that helped with my travel budget. I would definitely stay here again, and have shared the place and experience w/ family and friends.

This room was perfect for our family of three! The location couldn’t be better—close to the beach and within walking distance of so many restaurants. The space was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and super cute. Christopher was friendly, responsive, and made the stay easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The room is excellent and right in the middle of pismo beach. Easy to get around. Parking is also free on the public street after 6pm. Enjoyed the night spent here.

Wonderful airy place. View of the ocean and right in the middle of Pismo. We walked to the downtown shops, the beach, and so many restaurants. We hope to return!
