This place is brand new and a very welcome addition to Pismo Beach. I’ve been coming to Pismo for years and this is the absolutely best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The design is beautiful, location is great (one block to downtown/beach) and the amenities are top notch. The Malin + Goetz products was a very nice touch and reminded me of a luxury resort. Having a full kitchen was so helpful for heating up food etc and the living room was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Honestly, can’t say enough great things about this place!!! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the beautiful central coast.

This place was amazing. We stayed here with our one year old and it was the perfect place for our family. We loved the separate living room and kitchen. Pismo is such a beautiful place and this hotel is equally as stunning. Highly recommend!

Chris is an amazing host! He made sure we felt right at home. The place was perfectly located near everything we needed. Lots of restaurants, walking distance to the beach, an easy access to the freeway. The place was very beautiful inside and out and had stunning views from our room. The bed was so comfortable! The decor was cute and had a mid century modern vibe. Very spacious and comfortable! I am excited to have a found a place to call home away from home when we visit Pismo.

This place was amazing. My wife and I stayed here on our way to SF. The rooms were amazing. We really loved the suites. Being able to cook in the kitchen was great. They had spices, pots, pans everything we needed. Our kids said that the tempur-pedic pull out sofa was super comfy. My wife absolutely loved the sheets and the beds are super comfy. Honestly, can’t say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be coming back soon!

heads up folks..!! onsite laundry requires an app that takes $25 prepay unbeknownst to you and no response from virtual "front desk" to resolve the issue..!!
other than that (and 2 lightbulbs out) everything was great..!!

Christopher's place is very comfortable and has nice amenities. The location is great- walkable to the pier, stores, and restaurants. The view of the ocean from the seond floor is lovely. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Excellent location walking distance to Pismo pier, surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. Excellent communication and out of this world customer service. As a bonus, the bed is super comfortable. So much to do here will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed here and was an amazing stay! As described in the photos and in a perfect location. Walkable to many restaurants and the beach was down the street. Christopher himself was an amazing host. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We celebrated my son first birthday in Pismo and Chris was nothing but phenomenal!! He was so sweet and even left us some Apple Cider and Snacks to celebrate. Chris was super helpful and amazing at communicating. I highly recommend his place and him. Great surroundings, lots of restaurants, and super easy access to the pier and beach. Overall a great experience!

Christopher has clearly been in the hospitality business for a long time because everything was a completely dialed-in and seamless experience for us. The space was clean and remarkably beautiful and unique, but most importantly comfortable and welcoming for us tired travelers. Christopher himself was very communicative and helpful across our stay, happy to go out of his way to make sure we felt truly at home. For anyone lucky enough to stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Our stay at this property was great! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could have asked for. The location was perfect—close to the beach and local restaurants - yet tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat with a beautiful ocean view.
The host, Chris, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy beds to the well-stocked kitchen, it was clear that a lot of care went into making this a welcoming space for guests. It truly felt like a home away from home.
We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to return!
