Exceeded expectations, the apartment was roomy and airy, we felt like the vacation began when we entered the space.
Ideal location for walking the sites, well insulated, did not hear outside noise. On-site parking at affordable price.
I thank Christopher for offering this apartment, he’s a wonderful host.

A short walk to yoga, coffee, the beach, etc. Perfect for a girls trip with 3-4 people. Would definitely come back!

Our stay at in Pismo Beach was great. The hotel is in a great location and is easily walkable to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Everything was clean and well-maintained and we’d be glad to return again.

I will call it a fun little apartment that exceeded my expectations! A building with history made into a charming and welcoming place to visit. The walk to the pier and beach area is only about two blocks away, also restaurants and wine tasting rooms right out the front door. Comfortable and clean, nice decor with a beach vibe and modern touches. The kitchen was a nice surprise right out of an IKEA showroom with vintage touches that made it fun. Everything is available as stated in the description. I am already planning my next visit to this little gem. Until next time Pismo Beach Club...

Well priced and walking distance to downtown Pismo and the beach. Christopher was communicative. Small hiccup checking in with the keypad battery being dead but the hotel staff quickly changed the batteries.

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday. It was clean and beautiful, with an easy check in process and way more of a kitchen than we expected. Restaurants within walking distance are excellent and the location is central.

Check-in was incredibly smooth—simple code access, no hassle at all. Communication was excellent; Christopher responded quickly and was very accommodating. The space itself is one of the best values I’ve experienced in a while, especially considering the location. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with a modern space that has a subtle vintage, retro feel. The location really can’t be beat—restaurants, breakfast spots, the pier, and the beach are all an easy walk. There’s honestly nothing in town that’s more than a few minutes away on foot. It was exactly what I needed, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Es la primera vez que me alojo en este lugar y todo fue muy bien todo estabamuy limpio todo ordenado y repartido, esta en un lugar no muy alejado del centro es un buen lugar y muy tranquilo con muchos restaurantes buenos muy cercas del lugar y Christopher fue muy acesible para contestar mis preguntas muy rapido recomiendo mucho este lugar lo pasaras muy bien.

Excellent location and amenities in a pristine apartment. Main negative is that the ceilings are thin and depending on who stays above you, one can hear them walk around into the late evening and early morning. Ideal place for a couple wanting to be close w restaurants and beach but be in a quieter area.

I secretly don’t want to share how great it was so people don’t book it up! Ha! But I will definitely be staying here again. Super cute vibes and lovely accommodations. The space was clean and had items to make the stay pleasant. Great walking distance to the beach and main strip.

The place was very pretty. It’s in downtown of Pismo. The distance to the pier was very walkable. The local stores were eye catching and had great things for souvenirs! Definitely would come back.

Been coming to Pismo Beach for a long time, nice to see the building transform from old apartments to nice updated lodging. Location stellar, clean and all amenities on hand! Super cute decor and comfortable furniture and beds. Great little kitchen that had everything needed - loved the nespresso machine! Only suggestion for whole place was to put a roll of paper towels in kitchen as opposed to the paper napkins. We will be back and location is so perfect! Thanks to Chris - he was on site and responsive!
