Really walkable location to stay in in Pismo. We loved that we could get breakfast, coffee, and walk to the pier easily every morning with our baby. Also nice to have a bedroom separate from living area when travelling either kids. That being said this is definitely a hotel, so you won’t get the unique charm and personalization that comes with staying at a more classic bnb.

After working 2 weeks straight, I needed to get out of town! This property popped up and looked perfect for me and my wife!
When we arrived it felt like a little time travel walking into the lobby. It felt vintagey but updated. Upon entering the room we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of room in the apartment! It was exactly what we needed and the proximity to the pier, restaurants and of course cinnamon rolls made it a great location!
The check in process was explained well and made it easy to get into the building/ room.
We used the metered parking area after 6pm and just left before 10am with no issues.
We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Cute little place within walking distance to the pier and sites. Room was comfortable and bed was comfy. Very simple kitchen set up, but had everything needed. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at the Pismo Beach Club. It was stylish, comfortable and modern with a vintage charm. The location was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the suite was impeccable.
It was on the Main Street through town, and the room was so quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at Christopher's place!!
Communication beforehand was excellent, with Christopher being very responsive and super helpful with all my questions.
The unit itself was exactly as the pictures show. Incredibly clean with a great vibe and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker for our early mornings.
The location couldn't be better. Easy walking distance to the beach as well as great shops and restaurants close by.
When we return to Pismo, which I hope is soon, we will most definitely book here again.

Positive:
The space was clean and we'll decorated. Studio had all the basics, which was nice. Water pressure was good, and the beds were comfy, my hubby especially liked the pillows.
Negative:
AC stayed on, and we were a little chilly. But the virtual assistant number provided support late into the night. The effort they gave to resolve the issue was nice.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The sheets were very uncomfortable. They were real hard. There wasn’t enough blankets for the extra sofa bed.

Great place and great location in the heart of Pismo. Super clean and great space. 1-2 minute walk to anything you want to do in Pismo area will for sure stay again when we come back.

(Christopher already reviewed us as guests, which I cannot see) The place was lovely as a hotel suite, but not necessarily as a beach AirBnB (no beach towels or other beach items to use). The building was in great shape and stylish, the room was nicely renovated and neat, and Chris was overall communicative and responsive. I ended up giving 4 stars, due to the following:
1. When we arrived there was an overwhelming fish odor, which we localized to the fridge. We ended up opening the windows and minimized our fridge use. Chris kindly offered to have us change rooms but we deferred as it was quite late
2. We were surprised at the $30 parking fee, disclosed after we’d rented the place (the text said “on site parking”). To his credit Chris later corrected the listing. It would’ve been nice if we’d been offered complimentary parking but no such offer was made.
Chris was kind enough to extend our check out time, but had the sense that he REALLY would’ve preferred not to.

Loved our stay here. The property is in a prime location. Close to all the best restaurants and bars and easy walk to the pier/beach. Would definitely stay here again. Christopher was very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Close to all the popular spots! Love the design. Even down to the vintage inspired kitchen appliances.
