The space is newly renovated with some very cute vintage accents. Very well thought out.
Chris was very accommodating and answered all questions in a timely manner.
The beach and shops are very close and there’s plenty to do.
I would suggest an additional towel rack for beach things but there were hangers and laundry facilities. There is
an elevator and very cute lobby with victrola.
Very easy to access the room, building and all the amenities with one code.
It was very clean and well maintained. I loved the pebble like floors in the bathroom!
it wasn’t what I expected at first glance but I soon was very pleased.

Stayed here for New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Perfect location and the host was extremely responsive. Great experience

Christopher’s place was exactly as it looks in the photos - if not better. The location is super convenient - a short walk to the beach , pier and plenty of restaurants all around. Highly recommend !!

Great location, I loved being so close to Giuseppe’s & Beachin’ Biscuits. Scorpion Coffee is also another fave. Very clean space, it’s a hotel building though. I should have paid better attention to the booking, I thought I was getting a home or apartment. Not what I was expecting, I was hoping to have a home throughAirBNB not a hotel. Though, it was clean and quiet thankfully.

Positive:
Location was perfect, walking distance to the pier, dining, and beach.
Negative:
Parking was a little challenging. Our reserved spot was occupied. However, the attendant responded back right away and resolved via text!

Super cute and cozy. Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and to the beach. Easy check in and out . Christopher was great at replying to emails and questions I had. I would differently stay again!

While the place didn't match the photographs entirely, the amenities were there as described. The place is welcoming and quiet. Great place to stay. The host was great, responsive and was very helpful. The place was spotless and very clean.

What a great little place! The location was so close to all our favorite places to eat and shop. Everything was so clean and I appreciated the great quality linens and towels. Loved having a full kitchen and 2 televisions. And Christopher was so friendly and responsive. We will definitely come here again.

Our family had a blast! Beautiful place, walking distance to anything and everything. Parking was perfect, just have to reserve ahead of time. No problems at all. Bed was comfortable. Pull out beds are never comfortable but had my little kids sleep on it so they didn’t mind at all.
Kitchen has everything you need. I would say bring your own blankets if you run cold. The beds have comforters but we were there on some pretty chill nights and had to turn on heater.
The rug left behind a lot of bristles but besides that everything was amazing.

We already can't wait to go back! This was such a beautiful, welcoming place to stay for us. The self-check in process was incredibly clear and simple, we got into the building and our room with no problems. The building had the sweetest ambiance, and the room looked just as pictured in the listing. Communication with the host, Christopher, was fast and he was very helpful with reserving us a parking spot, which was totally worth the extra cost. We are extra grateful for the reserved spot because the location of this place is extraordinary, especially for the price. We were a 5 minute walk from all shops, restuarants and the beach! We loved not having to drive all over town and find parking spots everwhere we went. We have definitely found our new favorite place to stay in Pismo!

Chris’ apartment is a lovely place just a few steps away from Pismo beach. The arrangement and location is unbeatable. Chris was very nice and helpful to have a phone call with us when we had a software issue with the air conditioner.

Spotless clean, perfectly on theme vintage decorated, everything looked brand new. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful.

This stay was amazing. Christopher was super helpful from the moment I booked the room all the way up through the entire time we were there and said they would be there to help us through the night if we needed anything. it was very clean and cozy just a few blocks from the beach. we will definitely be back.
